Our Mission
The Online Art Auction is an opportunity for local artists and businesses to donate to raise funds for our community asset. The facility is managed by a non-profit 501 (c) 3 board and sustained by many devoted volunteers.
Step One
Donors create or develop a specific item or items to give to the auction team. These may be paintings, sculpture, photos, textiles, services, gift cards, and sports memorabilia.
Step Two
Each item will be given a listing for the online auction. This includes the name of the donor, contact information, social media links, and photos of the donor and items. If applicable, we need size, original or not, framed or not, materials used, suggested sale price.
Step Three
The auction will be held on Charity Auctions Today for several days. All items will go live at the same time but the end of the auctions will be staggered in fifteen minute increments for an hour. If the reserves are met then the items will sell. If an item does not sell, it will be returned to the donor.
